Recipient is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body to which personal data is disclosed.

 

Data subject's consent is any voluntary, specific case, informed and unequivocal expression of consent in the form of a declaration or other clear affirmative act by which the data subject indicates his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data.

 

Violation of the protection of personal data is a breach of security that leads to destruction, loss or alteration, whether unintentional or unlawful, or to unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data that has been transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Visit our Website

Newsletter dispatch

  1. With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about current data protection issues and events. The possible topics are listed in the declaration of consent.

  2. We use the double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our newsletter. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration within 48 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.

  3. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally.   5. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files. For the evaluation of opening rates, click rates and user behavior, the links within the newsletter contain an ID. This enables us to record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on and to deduce your personal interests. Adobe Typekit Web Fonts

1.    In order to ensure the uniform depiction of certain fonts, our website uses fonts called Adobe Typekit Web Fonts provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe).

2.    When you access pages of our website, your browser will automatically load the required fonts directly from the Adobe site to be able to display them correctly on your device. As a result, your browser will establish a connection with Adobe’s servers in the United States.

3.    Hence, Adobe learns that your IP address was used to access our website. According to the information provided by Adobe, no cookies will be stored in conjunction with the provision of the fonts. Use of our online store
